After repairing these concrete steps I painted them with waterproof masonry paint.
These front steps had completely fallen apart.
There was a deck here originally but heavy amounts of snow had busted the deck away from the home taking the brick with it.
I laid 450 brick into this wall.
Jeff Beyer off of Chippewa road South Bend commissioned me to build the entrance posts to his home.
This is the completed entrance way fence posts. Later gargoyles and lights were installed.
Sign base.
This brick was later dyed to match the orange color of the original brick.
The basement of The Famous Building in Goshen had a problem with water leaking in from the alley.
I was able to build a block barrier in the alley to channel the water away, and block in the opening that had been closed off with rotted wood. Problem solved!
